Dr. Dt. Günhan ALANOĞLU is a native of Antalya, Turkey. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry and completed his specialization at the Periodontology Clinic of the Gulhane Military Medical Academy Faculty of Dentistry. Serving as a military dentist, he held positions at various institutions, including the J. Officer School Infirmary, Hu. Ku. K. Etimesgut Air Hospital, Hu. Kuv. Kom. Health Department, GATA Dental Institute, and Eskişehir Hu. Hst. Dental Clinic, from 1984 to 1999. In 1999, he retired as a Colonel from the Air Force.

After his military service, he established a private practice in Eskişehir in 1999, providing dental services. In 2011, he, along with his wife Dt. Nihal ALANOĞLU and son Msc. Dt. Can ALANOĞLU, founded the 3A Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, where he served as the Responsible Manager. In 2022, the 3A Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic closed, and he joined the team of CANPOL Oral and Health Polyclinic, established by his son Msc. Dt. Can ALANOĞLU, continuing his practice.

In his professional endeavors, Dr. Günhan ALANOĞLU predominantly focuses on periodontal diseases and surgery, surgical operations, implant surgery, and esthetics related to porcelain and zirconium coatings.
